Skype for Business not saving chats
-
We have Skype for Business Online, and an on-premises Exchange 2013 server. We are migrating from Exchange 2007 and nearly complete. We have Office 365 but are not in hybrid mode.
Many other people can see their conversation history in Outlook, but not me. I have the appropriate boxes checked, and the install of Office 365 on my machine went smoothly. Everything works fine, but my conversations stopped saving when I got off Office 2013.
Any ideas?

It might be a bug with the integration.
Perform a reinstall of the two suites and you should be good.

I have just the one suite, Office 365 (Office 2013 was removed), but I believe I already tried a reinstall a while back. Since I'm not certain, I'll reinstall.

Office 365 is the licensing, Office 2013 (or 2016) is what you license and install through that licensing system. But there is no Office 365 product.

That's what I thought, until I saw there was a separate suite for Office 2016.

It's still Office 2016. It's just now it is naming it in the installer to distinguish the license source. It remains just a licensing mode for the Office 2016 product.

Ah, got it.
