      After years of waiting and people believing that the project had dropped, the Elastix team has, for its tenth anniversary, just released the much anticipated Elastix 4 single tenant PBX system!

      We will be getting this one up and running very soon. Stay tuned.

        Oh wow I hope it runs well. I miss Elastix I like it better than FreePBX (probably because I know it better).

                  I installed Elastix 4 over the weekend. It is old and sucky already.

                  Elastix 4 is distributed on CentOS 7. That is the only plus.

                  It runs Asterisk 11 and FreePBX 2.11 which are not current. Asterisk 13 is not new.

                  The GUI has been barely updated.

                  It is just nasty and old.
