Nintendos Big Announcement for Mobile Gamers
-
Nintendo set today, October 29th, as the day to announce their first game for non-Nintendo mobile platforms. What they actually announced is that they had nothing to release and their stock fell 9% on their failure to deliver.

Well that sucks. I'm waiting for the Super Mario Bros. to be available on my phone. That could be a blast.
-
And the Legend of Zelda games would be awesome too.
-
so much IP just wasting away
-
Much like the old LucasArts catalogue, but thankfully Disney has freed that now.
-
Oh and the Mother / Earthbound games. Lesser known, but great IPs.
-
And Fire Emblem. Didn't get into that series so much but would consider it if it was on my phone.
-
I'd love to have Zelda on my phone...
That's be great
-
And even the weakest modern phone is probably more powerful than even a WiiU. Nintendo systems are so low power that having more capacity than them is very easy.

One of Nintendo's biggest issues in porting games is that they have built their games around gimmicks for so long that how will they port things that need two screens or special controllers?
