I just got an email from them Friday about a 50% off sale.. I guess it's 50% the price for 100% off the service.

Yes, see the thread where their website is gone outside of the US in a spectacular fashion that looks like they went out of business for sure and a week of reaching out to them here, and through all three channels that they publicly provide asking if they are still in business with no answer.
