Reminds me of my first IAD (Instructor Assisted Deployment) when a buddy of mine challenged me to jump out of a perfectly good airplane.

I wonder how much time could be saved by asking for the zip code first, then auto populate the city/state based upon that zip code, and then changed when it rarely doesn't match up.

My thought was that a house could be bought for $25K in some neighbourhoods.

Next session is our last in regards to Waterdeep: Dragon Heist. I don't think it was a great campaign. I'd explain but my friend found this article that kind of breaks down why mysteries don't really work well in D&D a lot of the time.
We are going to start Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus in a few weeks which I'm excited about
