@PhlipElder Oh, this is funny because they are playing UNO in a "combi" which is a common transportation method in mexico (don't know if in Latin America in general). And usually people don't talk to each other lol

Yup, they are famous for that. They are normally retired US school buses in the CA countries (including Panama). They get painted and often decorated to make them easy to spot. They are super cheap and are used absolutely everywhere, in every town, between Mexico and Colombia. They are so common, it's nuts.
