I find that good FB management is all that is needed. I keep it but only use it when linked to something. I almost never see any of the stressful stuff, it's most pictures of kid and even that, I barely see. If you sign in via Messenger rather than the FB landing page, you never see that stuff. No need to sign out to make FB a non-stress thing.
