I had upgrade issues recently but I still like the package. I'm yet to find something that incorporates help desk, inventory, monitoring (of some description) and reporting into one package.
I was thinking about using the help desk package of System Center as we have SCCM but we heard it was ridiculously complicated from one of our peer organisations, so we didn't pick it up. -

This computer repair guy thinks his home network is more sophisticated than many businesses. Yeah, about those unmanaged switches. Cables on the outside of the wall, etc.
