@JaredBusch apparently it does. What surprised me, though, is that considering how technically oriented both cultures are and how dense their population is and what a small population zone each occupies (in relationship to the size of the population) even a per user IP address rate 10% of that of Europe I would have expected to saturate the map in those regions.
