Can You Use an HP 22-3019 AIO Just As a Monitor
-
We have a client with a few old HP 22-3019 All in One computers. The monitor portions are perfectly fine, but the computers themselves are too old to use. They'd love to just hook them up and use them as monitors. Can anyone verify if the HDMI port on that monitor can be used for input, or only output? I know it is trivial to just hook up a cable and test, but the client has to buy cables to even test.

Tell them to just buy the cable. the time spent asking the question cost more..
Or take it off their home TV and bring it in.

I've used a Sony Vaio AIO in the past and it had an HDMI usable for input because it was designed to also be used like a tunerless TV

HP 22-3019
I'm thinking it's HDMI out only, a different model but there is no indication to either really.

Turns out they misread the model number. It's a Dell Optiplex with no connectors.

The hell. . . Dell doesn't even look remotely close to HP.
The branding alone. . .
