MDT / Dell Factory Integration

Does anyone here have experience with providing an image to Dell for fleet deployment? We had a call the other week about it with one of their PMs and I got some documentation today.
If I understand their docs correctly the process is entirely off-line in the factory, which to me means that no windows updates are going to be applied and I'll have to figure out a plan B for O365 installation as (I think) it queries M$ at install time to validate that the cached install files are still good before running the install from the MDT repository.
I'm waiting on word back from the PM, but basically my questions are:
1- Does anyone know of a way that I can just supply Dell with a wim from MDT (or other image format) that they can apply to the machines being ordered and deployed?2- If so, what is it called in dell-speak? Every vendor seems to have their own lingo / language / marketing term for simple things and I never got that particular decoder ring in my cereal..

I looked at this when win10 first was rolling out maybe 2-3 years ago. I never got straight up answer's from Dell's PM's or sales people (What a surprise) and was NEVER able to talk to an engineer about it (again, NEVER talk to or trust sales people). We abandoned and just do our own image in house. wasn't worth the waste of time!

This was my feeling after looking through the docs, but we did a deployment of ~50 machines last year where we had them shipped to our main office, prepped them and then had them shipped to the branches.... I guess we got reamed on the shipping to the branch offices so I've been advised that the goal this time around is to have the hw shipped direct from Dell to site with everything more or less ready to deploy.

When you price systems on their site, they have options to select for this purpose. Although, I don't know if they charge a service fee or subscription on top of the cost of options they list.
