@JaredBusch did you ever get to look at this?
I was out of state on site all week. Just back into the office today and needing to play catch up.
Will be in St. Louis 2 days next week. But one of the topics of those meetings will be the videos we want to start producing.
time to play catch up
Take a look at this post for things to consider.
Yes, I read that and noted it for follow up. Thanks for the info

What about those open-source game streaming software. Those seem real good when I checked them out, forget the names though.

I'm not looking to stream. But this can do that also.

OBS-Studio is what pretty much everyone uses.

Yeah my thought behind it was that it seems great for training. When you watch some of those game streamers using that Foss, it's good quality with showing you, your screen, the sound, etc, and I'm sure you don't need to actually stream... I am assuming you could save it or worst case stream it to somewhere that saves it.
Dunno though, just an idea I thought had possible potential , never tried it.

@JaredBusch whatever came of this, did you get to dig into OBS Studio at all?

Not yet. I opened it once though!
We did meet with some marketing people and I have spent time reviewing how various others have chosen to design their videos, to work towards a structure for mine.
I never found a better solution when I was searching for software that week. So unless I run into some odd issue with OBS, I expect to use it once I get moving on this project.

@JaredBusch Very nice.

I assume you're going to be looking to do production quality work with this then?

Meh, down the road, sure. Right now, I feel it is more important to get content created in order to even get an idea on how well it will work for our goal.
Production quality can be hired if it is found to be worth that cost.
