They really need to get these things at 4GB starting points. The processor isn't the key issue, but the RAM really is.

That goes to their laptop offering at $99. Which looks way nicer.

That picture looks suspiciously like a early 2000s laptop.

            Yeah.

Chromebooks don't come with the Windows key.

I hope that this works for them, but I don't see much adoption for this.

It still only has 2GB of ram. It's as if they're attempting to compete with chromebooks with are meant for almost exclusive web browsing only.

I use Chromebooks a lot, and I avoid any with less than 4GB. Even at 4GB, you notice.

Your right,.. my apologies,.. trying to do to much at one time with three keyboards on the desk.

that is for the laptop... they don't seem to have the Tablet on their page yet.

Makes me wonder if the weird picture is just a filler and not the real deal.

In my excite me about it,.. I now also see this:

                        On Sale Later This Year
The target price for the PineTab is $79, or $99 when bundled with the custom magnetic keyboard.

Anyone attending FOSDEM this year will be able to get up close with a near-final version of the PineTab by visiting the Pine64 stand. If that will include you we’d (me, other readers, Linux tablet fans) would love to see some video and photos — so give us a ping!
