Just tested the Mesh Router as well. It works great! Connecting from a hosted server to a lab in my home network (behind double nat) and it works flawlessly!
Such a cool feature.
But lacking "allow" and an on screen notice of connection means I cannot use it in production.
I know it is not what you want but this is the workaround I use as I have users I don't want to be connected all the time.
For a few users, they download the agent to their desktop and run on command. It does not install by default so you get the same functionality as an allow button.

That has nothing to do with what I said.

I must have misunderstood your need for an "Allow" button with User Notification. Apparently I am not getting what your exact issue is?
-
@pmoncho I believe he probably wants the agent installed, but wants the user to be notified and then asked for permission to allow connection.

That is what I thought too. I know the agent will not be installed (yeah that sucks) but the "Connect" button solves the underlying acknowledge/permission issue as the user has to physically be there and press the connect button while he is on the phone with them (this sucks too).
So I must be misunderstanding something.

Yeah, but then they have to have permission to install (they shouldn't have that in the first place) and they need to know how to get the agent, etc. That's not any good outside of a home user support model. For business support, you have to have an installed agent. but you almost always have to have user notification.

Everyone needs a break now and then. We have been killing him lately.
Maybe he needs the break to think about how to get @JaredBusch "Allow" button.

Now on 0.3.1-x

@dafyre I did enjoy my vacations, but I have to say, I also enjoy working on MeshCentral. It's really fun. Just published MeshCentral 0.3.1-y:
- You can now sync the device names to the device hostnames.
- New server permissions for users to remove rights to create new groups or see MeshCMD link.
- Fixed remote desktop full screen problem.
- Improved terminal. Should be able to run nano/pico/vi much better.
