I can't check the log when the incoming doesn't run
How do I provide you the information?

The route I am using which has unique port, not 5060. I think there can be issue here but the outbound call is running well so I am not sure about the incoming call

Why the unique port? Does the provider require it?

Routes don't have ports.
Trunks have ports.

The short answer @Jimmy_K is to hire someone. No one on an online forum, no matter how skilled, is going to be able to help you solve an out of band configuration on a phone system. There are several people on here that are skilled at FreePBX who would probably be happy to provide you with rates (I am not one of them... ). It will cost you less in the long run, and get you a better end result.
