Do you schedule shutdown for your PoE WiFi APs ?
I have 30x Cisco Aironet 1830 and I feel after 2-3 months of ongoing power one of them might hang and such.
The switch is connected to 6KVA UPS so they never get power off

I don't recall if you have to manually update them... take the time to update them if needed, and power cycle them. 2-3 months really isn't all that long on switches and end points. Desktops and Servers - that is generally a different story as we all know and love the MS update cycle.

@emad-r My APs only get rebooted after every update.

We use UBNT APs so we never have to worry about them doing weird things or having to power down every so often for no reason.

Cisco APs have known bugs, and the locking up is the least of your worries. That tells me their are firmware patches that have not been applied, which leaves them open to security beaches.
By all means, makes sure to manually reboot them every month. If I remember correctly, at least one of the security issues only happens as they are locking up. So you can avoid at least one security issues by rebooting the devices on a regular schedule.
Just for future reference, when the APs get replaced. I've not heard of any other Enterprise class gear having the same issues. So someone paid a premium price for gear that doesn't work so well as anything else on the market.

They should be fine if you use enough sunscreen.

Not something I've ever worried about.

Cisco Aeronet APs are tricky. I know I have accidentally installed the wrong new firmware on some that expected me to have a centralized controller (which I didn't at the time) and made all of them unusable until I pulled them off their mounts and re-flashed with the proper firmware. I don't remember every needing to reboot one outside of doing maintenance.

I've got a UBNT-HD-AC i front of me that's been powered on for 6 months straight without issues...

I never power off, but they reboot whenever new firmware is applied. Typically every few months on the UBNT gear.

I have 17 Ruckus R610 APs and they only get rebooted when new firmware is applied.
