How do i see licenses.
I click on License Summary or Relationship Summary, it brings me to a page where i have to input some stupid information. where are my company licenses at?
-
You need to input your license number. You'd get it via mail or email (probably email) from your VAR when they submit the paperwork.
You could also have someone already on the account add you to the portal.
-
@coliver Right, when did this happen? I used to be able to see them in the past.
I am the account admin and the only account user. -
Oh i see, you do it for one license agreement and then it shows you all your stuff.
Must have been something happened that made me reverify with them. -
I am on the phone with them now as my personal account somehow got changed to a work account (although we don't have office 365). I am trying to get it changed back to a personal account.

And after finally getting to talk to someone, YES AN ACTUAL PERSON, I was disconnected. Spectrum and Microsoft are my two least favorite companies and in that order.

Solarwinds is pretty bad, too.

@coliver Nope, not for over a year. Also havent logged in since last year either though.
-
I have not seen this, usually only on new accounts so I get it what you are coming from.

Agreements expire, but I've never lost access. I've not seen new until I add them sometimes though.
