SodiumSuite Agent Poll Interval

I have been reviewing based on a message by @Tim_G regarding the Agents polling in Sodium Suite. I have three Windows 10 agents and 2 Linux agents right now.
The Linux devices are polling properly. Windows Devices are connecting properly to the Vultr Server hosting it.
My question is, do the agent report on a scheduled time basis or is just any time I request. The strange part is that if I go to the Storage and User Tab and request to get users, I can get the username and confirm the computer received that connection. But the agent still doesn't show up as updated or contacted. Example with Linux below:

Although there is an issue and polling is down right now. Last poll was 6am.

It was over many hours yesterday. I rebooted and verified the service was running. I also allowed the port to be open.
I'll check later today to see if it still isn't showing up on the dashboard.

No port is needed inbound, outbound only.

Right, by default, nothing needs to be done for ports.
