I work at a law firm. So depending on how far a case dates back to we still deal with old tech. We have a Sony 3.5" floppy drive that connects via USB. We have even thought about trying to find 5.25" floppy to USB.

Maybe I am just showing my age but I remember hooking up my 9 pin dot matrix printer to my Epson 8088 DOS-based computer and running a word processor called (I believe) First Choice. That was an adventure. That comic doesn't even begin to touch on that.

I got ya beat, I think. I don't remember if the C64 beat the 8088s to omarket or not, but WordStar on a Commodore 64... which ran from a Cassette tape.
