                Just because 1 clause is non-enforceable (possibly) doesn't mean everything is unenforceable.

                              They are, you don't need anti-virus/malware protection or anything! You don't even need a firewall!

                                            That's one of the good things about the new way of Windows operating systems. Many incremental small changes. It works on most of our machine but of course the surfaces have issues with the latest release.
