ScreenConnect: Support session Security

NTG uses ScreenConnect but we also host it for a few of our clients. In addition, to hosting it we run it with sub security in our main configuration.
Setting it up new users and security roles are pretty straight forward. however one thing that seems to be lacking is the Support Session.
I can give a User access to the Support Role, but when they create a session it appears as if it didn't work. However when checking the support session as my normal user, there are the sessions.
When setting roles for other parts of SC, you can select limitations for security.
Is it just a limitation of SC that you can not assign that role to a sub security group?
