<!-- is just a comment and wont be seen by anybody if used in a web page I just used it to make a comment on a ticket and my ticket disappeared. ... -->Correct, the purpose of a comment is to not be displayed. That's it's only purpose.

We only need rockets for getting to/from the outer atmosphere.... anything more than that is a big waste... -

I agree.
We only need rockets for getting to/from the outer atmosphere.... anything more than that is a big waste...I also agree with this but the problem is nuclear fuel being used in space has lots of objections from lots of people who have no idea what the hell they’re talking about
