It does? It only implies that it is fixed, not that he knows how or why.
Claiming that HE fixed it does, yeah. If he said "it's fixed" that would be different.
I know exactly how it was fixed. I reran the installer. Does not explain why it was broke or why it fixed it.

Just got news that I can go home tomorrow. Got put back in the hospital because the new meds they started me on messed up my kidneys.
