Pulled a guitar out for my daughter today. Haven't set eyes on this particular guitar is about 22 years . And it was still basically in tune!!

Mmm 22 years not see but not touched? Seems highly doubtful to have a guitar in tune for that long without it being touched. I have had many guitars and in a week alone it needs to be tuned.
