What Are You Doing Right Now

@scottalanmiller I think it is the frequency of "IT Techs" not understanding Hyperv 2016 as an OS. It is not rocket science, but somehow people don't see a console in the computer and they are running like a chicken with the head off...
You'd think with the frequency that posters would get used to the need to assist and educate people.

Oh yeah, I was referring to the poster attacking the truth.

Oh, they didn't attack the truth. Someone in the thread attacked Gary and I for educating the OP on the truth.
-
@scottalanmiller I know, let me guess Robert?

How did you guess?
-
Did you really not look at the thread?
-
@scottalanmiller Because he is the only one that will still recommend Hyperv roles for users to get used to it.
-
@scottalanmiller Now I am reading at the thread....
-
@scottalanmiller Now I see the full post, yikes I am not even going to post on that one...

SW, where helping people offends way too many people... https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/2043758-hyper-v-2016-standalone
Not only does he attack two people for honestly helping and clarifying, he then adds confusion and gets super basic licensing wrong. Then random people jump in to get their points by just adding to the pointless attacks.
Seriously, stop participating on spiceworks. Try it. Just for a week, or maybe a month.
I've participated more in ML in the time I've been here than my entire time of having a user account with Spiceworks

Oh yeah. Although he didn't do that here. I dislike that the OP edited the original question so that as a casual reader you can't tell that he responded to us by editing instead of posting a response. So he actually asked about Hyper-V as a factor multiple times, but it just looks like once.

I see, I have no idea now

It makes it confusing. So Robert claiming that we were berating him makes it look like we posted over and over about the same thing. When in reality he responded by totally ignoring our originally statements and posting the same bad question again acting like we were confused. So we clarified again, then Robert on his high horse popped in and had to turn simple clarification into a big thing because he has to get his two cents in but didn't have anything of value to add, so to do so made it a personal attack for trying to educate the OP. Then some random schmuck jumps on the high horse-drawn band wagon for no good reason because he couldn't follow the conversation and didn't know that he was supporting the very guy doing the berating that he didn't like!

Someone page me?
-
Oh man, I hate pulling people around on my band wagon.
