Just the help desk piece right now. It is hosted, so I may have to move it onsite if the hosted option isn't free at the end of the month trial.

Oh okay, I thought that you were talking about their management pieces. Yes, I like their helpdesk too, especially when hosted.

There Rouge Device detection and Switch management/config backup is great as well. But they changed their site so much I can't find anything since it's not by the old package names anymore.

Traffic shot up by about 80% at around 9am Eastern this morning. I wonder what could be doing that.

Interesting, I will have to look into it a bit more... I have to restart our current helpdesk at least once a day to fix email fetching... just haven't had time to really troubleshoot it.

Getting pretty close to wrapping up here. Still working mostly in stealth-ish mode. Nothing real to show for anything yet. But getting closer. Can't wait till we have stuff to show and can get some community feedback on what we have been doing.

I am using the hosted version currently. But am 'needing' more from it.. like the portal website. My users are wanting to use it over just sending an email to the email address I have established.
