@scottalanmiller reminds of me demolition man. "He doesn't know how to use the three seashells"
Edit: I have no idea why this triggered this specific memory
You said it before I did.

Discussing the sorry state of IT training.
Discussing the state of IT buyer training.
More accurate I think.

Toiler paper is purely an unnecessary thing here. They give you a hose to clean things off with quite a lot of pressure. You just dry with the TP.

@Minion-Queen Single ply? What are we animals?
I hate double and triple ply... that stuff you just look at it and it falls apart and turns to dust. Can't stand it. The single ply is usually the good strong stuff that doesn't fall apart at the slightest touch.

So what exactly is the issue with having a regular bidet instead of a hose near the terlet?

Space. Only 400 sq ft in the whole apartment.

About to head out to our last dinner in Palermo.

So that hose makes it much easier to blow poo particles all over that 400 sq ft? Seems like a bidet would keep that contained a little better... or does Italy just have the hole in the floor that you squat over? Or do you poo in the shower? (looks like that's where that sprayer is...)
-
@scottalanmiller they need the Toto Washlet for those places.

Doesn't that part of the world normally have the toilet in the stall instead of the shower?

Yeah. This stuff. Is sometimes quite old. Those would be a good update.

I've only seen that in Bulgaria. Never Italy.

Good so far, although I encountered a few issues that I wasn't expecting --
- There's no web interface. All configuration is done via the android / ios app.
- There's no WPS support. Typing in a long random sequence multiple times can be a pain, especially on devices without a keyboard.

I assume you're aware that WPS has been crack/hacked, right? I suppose turning it on adding your device, then turning it off could work, assuming there isn't another hack/crack that enables someone to do this on their own.
-
@Dashrender Yes, I've heard that it's vulnerable, particularly the pin version. Previously, I had a Linksys router and I would use the web GUI to enable it and add a device on as needed.
