He's not referring to YOU specifically but what he PERCEIVES your personality/type to be.

Okay....I have worked with you in the past. Fired you more than once. Different name, different places...but, same person.

So, he/she (/it?) is saying that he's seen your 'type' before and fired them... at lease twice. Two different people in two different places.
Possibly the same beef with him but he's been (or liked better by those) further up the food chain and taa daa. The resume gets dusted off for the "Your type" guy.

That seems far fetched. And in conjunction with him saying to buy the biggest possible drives and put them in RAID 5 and to only use RAID 01 not 10.

Not really. Just a troll exhibiting its natural behaviour patterns
