Agreed! We don't have a huge smoker so I'd need to cook it then dismember it but I'm very ok with that.

Agreed! We don't have a huge smoker so I'd need to cook it then dismember it but I'm very ok with that.
I have a nice electric smoker - I need to do some modifications to it, but more importantly, I need to get it smoking again. I'm out of Canadian Bacon and smoked Cheese.

Try smoked blue cheese, omfg. Keep temps low as you can and just let it sit.
