Trying to find a Chevy dealer to deal with a stupid recall. I'm so done with buying GM cars.
Ditto - unless it's an LS engine it's not worth it.
Pleased to say that my last day driving a Cruze was Saturday - get my new (to me) Silverado tomorrow.
What adds insult to injury is that I'm selling this car TOMORROW if possible. But you can't sell it while there is a recall out for it! Argh.

What car and recall?
Chevy Spark. Just a hood latch.
"Chevy Spark, it's only a hood latch" should be the marketing campaign for how fuel efficient it is...

And here I was thinking about a 2017 Chevy Volt. The new model is supposed to have over a 200 mile range.

That's not a large range at all for a hybrid. That's sad.

Pretty good for a pure electric though.

Sure, but it isn't electric, it's a hybrid, so it sucks

We looked at the Volt (which is named the Volt to trick people into thinking it is electric, the Spark tricks a lot of people too... its not even a hybrid!) but it is such an overpriced piece of crap. It only goes into electric mode when going so slow that even our local driveway would put it into gas powered mode and the electric assist is nice, but not all that useful.
If you are going to spend that kind of money, get an electric instead with better handling, no gas problems, even better range, etc.
The Volt... all the negatives of an electric with none of the benefits.
-
Volt range is actually 420 miles, though. Which isn't so bad.

We love everything fried and cheesy. We also have massive dairy farms here (and cheese factories etc)

Sorry meant the bolt... Tricky naming conventions.
