Fifteen years now! @dominica is too. As are the little ones. My dad has mostly converted at this point too.

I get to have fun testing MS Access and Multiple users on my Remote App infrastructure, lol.
You know that MS has a really good way of handling that via Access hosted on SharePoint Enterprise or 365. You get SQL Server backend and a web front end. No need for Remote Desktop AND better application experience AND better database.
-
@scottalanmiller Yea. Sadly that is not just over kill... that is GROSS over kill, lol. These are RemoteApps for students to use for the occasional project that could require Access or other Office Apps. (Yes, we know they have the Online version of some of them with our O365 setup).
Also used for Staff and Faculty to access their Network Shares & Documents, etc, from their mobile devices.

Been in meetings all morning. Good morning everyone! Happy Friday!
-
@Minion-Queen Yay, Friday!

@BigTimmy Fish oil pills give me horrible tasting burps. I just can't do it. When we were living in Spain and consuming tons of EV olive oil, I noticed that my hair was growing thicker and faster.

@scottalanmiller Who are you, and what have you done with Scott?
-
When you work from home sometimes it's hard to keep track of what day it is.

Depends. Getting SharePoint Enterprise just for this is overkill. If you already have Sharepoint it's free and a no brainer. Easiest way to handle it.

@Minion-Queen Never! lol. I always know when it is the weekend! ... Of course, that may only be because my alarm clock doesn't go off, and my kid starts climbing all over me at 7am, lol.

And you "just eat it." Get some, dunk some good bread. Life is good.

All without supporting the charlatans that sell dietary supplements. Triple win.

I took it to be able to apply for some IT positions. However after seeing the questions I'm concerned about what I would be getting into. This was for PA.

Wondering how I could start a Canadian version of xByte. It would be the perfect business for a hardware obsessed nutter like me.

IT jobs that require a civil service exam would worry me. I've never heard of someone being happy with one of those.
