Again, another conversation, but I asked about this at Spiceworld and their follow up was basically "we have no idea what our customers need in general but this one customer needs something unlike anyone else and we are only going to look at their needs" and totally ignoring the needs of the MSP or SMB market, which is really the only one that needs RMM on any scale, especially an RMM like this that does so little.

    I swear, simply "not installing it" would make no difference, it seems to add nothing of value other than an inventory list, but that's manually maintained anyway, so we could just make wiki entries for a fraction of the effort.

    It does have useful alerts, but nothing that can't be accomplished with open source software.

    Yeah an AIO device would be probably the best.
