It's apparently not legal but pretty much openly tolerated. Penalties include "may be advised to get counseling" and cops can "often be bribed for $10." Ha ha.

You've not spent time on the left coast. It's not just legal, it's expected. People standing around on street corners in big cities smoking heavily. In San Francisco the pot dens are so popular you could get high walking down the street (not kidding.) It literally billows into the city streets.

I'm good for one ride on this one for this main reason...These new wooden coasters made by Rocky Mountain Construction are designed in such a way where it wants you to feel like you will be ejected from the ride...there is "airtime" and then there is "ejection time"...these new woodies are full of "ejection time" and my nerves are good for one ride each visit...watch this video and keep you eye on their torsos...look how much these coasters try to eject you...insane...

I know so many people that worked at Six Flags both as a kid and even now, I know the safety issues and stuff, won't ever go to one. I grew up near one.
