Ug... Waiting on hold for Panda support.
STILL!!!!!
Well, again. I did finally get a hold of them either Thursday or Friday of last week, but I had another machine I couldn't get to fix, and reinstalling it is really undesirable.
While waiting on hold, etc, etc.. I kept trying other things and did finally manage to get it fixed on my own.

@nadnerB that's a whole list of crazy shit
- wtf?
- wtf?
- wtf?
- wtf?
- Bay of fundy is freaking cool, would like to visit
- interesting
- obnoxious, but heli-skiing is a thing so why not in the off season
- looks fun
- should be illegal, I can't believe that's allowed (betting it's on reserve land)
- there's a lot of weird things is Saskatchewan
- there's also lots of weird things in Manitoba
- Diefenbunker is cool as F(!# - I've been, it's an amazing experience. They maintain the 60's decor and it's mind blowingly awesome in a rainbow of soft pastels. Including splunking it's the quietest place I've ever been.

@Dominica and I have driven around part of the Bay of Fundy on our honeymoon.
-
All I've done today is run up and down 3 flights of stairs putting out fires. I'm going to expense a pair of running shoes; my fat arse could use the exercise but steel toed clods are not cutting the mustard.

Stressing...

Just got this in an email:
It may be caused because he is in the US. I have some security measures in place to block anything outside of Canada. Can I get their external IP address?
Sent from my BlackBerry 10 smartphone on the Rogers network.
From one of our customers who wants us to bid on something...

Wow went to an appointment for a couple hours and missed all kinds of things. Not all good

As far as I know, lots of vendors do that. Cheaper to make, easier to support.

The company Rambus is still around? lol

Good morning to all!
-
@Joyfano good morning! Time for bed soon here...

Well the government here was on the news for paying for a former board members family's lunchen. Over $11,000 of tax payers money. Stay classy local govt.
-
I'm writing a post on Mangolassi. My wife is watching some show "Married at first site". I'm preparing for a MOP tonight (Maintenance of an IPTV product I'm the administrator of for a small telecom)

Trying to get one of our managers to understand that software licensing isn't optional... this isn't the first time I've had this conversation with them.

One place I worked had use an illegal copy of intelliadmin on all the govt agency computers. It was installed by my boss before I started working there. I even found the keygen on the network share. Sadly he didn't get in any trouble at all for a stunt like that.

Did some writing between cases at work.

I'm working on removing admin privileges from everyone's machine so that stuff like this doesn't happen. Our ERP system requires it... but thankfully I've found a workaround.
