Powershell and O365: Unable to connect / Starting point

I've not had any luck following MS Technet or other Google-Fu'ed items on getting my connected setup on PS.
I'm not pressured on learning it,.. but I need to generate a report and do some other tasks and could use some pointed directions.

I get to step three and fails:

Attempted again this morning to ensure I wasn't missing a step or doing something incorrectly... Same error message.
When the login box comes up,.. I am supposed to use my O365 user account and password - which is an admin account.
Correct?

Try setting the execution policy (set-executionpolicy unrestricted) then run get-executionpolicy to confirm that it is set to unrestricted.
If that doesn't work, exit out of PowerShell and then re-open with Run as Administrator (right click on the PowerShell application icon and choose Run as Administrator).

I will have to try that @amytabor, I did run PS in admin mode,..
I'd run it now, but I am about 60 miles from my desk and dealing with some lag issues.

Thanks @amytabor - That seemed to have worked. Now I have a long list of commands,.. of which to de-cypher.
There are some reports I wish to setup, and have available for later use.And how to save that information to Excel or other forms....
