Solved User email search in Exchange Online

I have moved completely to using my email on Exchange Online except for one task that I have not been able to replicate or find a new way to handle. This forces me to fire up Outlook once a week just for this task.
In Outlook, I had a customer search folder that I use once a week to go through all email in certain folders for the previous week.
Basically, I use this as a tool to verify I did not miss anything when handling the weekly billing to clients. Generally, I set the date range, and then quickly scroll through the result to validate that I handled everything and billed them. Then, I shut down Outlook for another week.
Search in Exchange Online is a great tool for searching for something specific. But I just cannot figure out a way to do something like this.

Mostly, I want to exclude some folders (full of system emails) and deleted. All of which are returned if you use all folders.
The work around, is to click the folder, then click in search and use the recent to pop what you want.
Not as convenient as Outlook's search folder functionality.
But no Windows and no Outlook is a bonus.

This format should work
Date value types can also be compared with relational operators like greater than or less than, or specified as a range with the range operator ... For example, received:>11/30/2013, sent:>=yesterday, and received:12/1/2013..today are all valid query strings.

I mean the only thing you can do is to do sent:2021-06-06..2021-06-12
which will show both sent and received on that date or received:2021-06-06..2021-06-12 as well.However if you go through a group of folders that are narrowed down, it is hard to do.
I am sure you have gone through all this.

What if you click the Downward pointing triangle at the end of the search bar?
Using that gives me this in the search box:
received:2021-06-15..2021-06-16
