Did some work, I think that it shows something now. Definitely looks like it was a glitch, though, because once I poked around it started showing things without me adding something to show. Fishy.

Was able to fix the first OptiPlex 9020 (Windows RE,
bootrec /RebuildBcd), but it didn't work for the other PCs. Exactly the same hardware, installed from the very same image, same UEFI settings, same WinRE.. hell, I even used the same coffee mug.I think I'm going to nuke them and build some more unattended installers for PDQ Deploy.
