Friday was a HORRIBLE CRAPPY CRAPPY DAY! Ruined most of the gains I made last week, Then to top it off Saturday night I stepped into some water at the bottom of my stairs and fell. Now have a sprained ankle (not horrible but...)

^ that is what confused me for a while. Quite frustrating but it does cut down on the spammers
