When the lobbying group is paid for by the biggest majority of players out there, yes. Businesses like Greenlight are likely bundled in with this asshat group because of the type of business that they are. An ISP.

All taxes and fees being included in the list price is amazing. It should be that way for literally everything I have no idea why it isn't.

Well - for me personally - I like the like item break out - it "helps ensure the public is aware of what they are being taxed" But in reality - the public doesn't care. They'll bitch and moan about it, but very few if any will actually do anything about it.

In only that private organisations can't really infringe on first amendment rights... Not that they won't infringe on free speech and freedom of the press.

That's a great example of why paid prioritization is a problem. TSA Precheck is BS. "Fast lanes for the rich to bypass security?" WTF America.

I do love my TSA Precheck, but totally agree that it is bullshit. If my company didn't pay for it, I would have never gotten it.

I don't consider this the same at all.
With TSA precheck - people are put through a security background check - as long as you don't have anything outstanding about yourself, they (TSA) have less to worry about you over. Is it great? no of course not, but as that show (can't recall name now) showed - TSA is all theater anyhow.
