True, which is why I'd opt to not using my name for my LLC
Me too. The whole point of having an LLC is legal separation from personal assets.

Well the two are still separated, but in a lawsuit who is being sued. The business or the person?

@eddiejennings the first one that popped in my head was EdJennings.com

The business. Even though I'm a single-member LLC, I have a clear line of separation between personal and business assets.

It is easy to remember... it's like saying "e-jay's LLC" .com: ejsllc.com
I read it as EJS LLC. I've also considered changing the official name to "EJS" as well.

Yeah I have the same with my LLC, but the question was if your LLC is named Eddie Jennings, and you are Eddie Jennings, who is being sued. The LLC or the Business.

"Eddie Jennings" isn't my full legal name, so I would imagine if I, myself, were sued, I imagine they'd use my full legal name.

The LLC name has nothing to do with the actual DBA business name and domain name used. The LLC is just a legal wrapper to protect your personal property.
