Just stumbled on this free tool while searching for something else. Looks like it could be really handy. It looks at your Wireshark output and determines where latency exists.

@nadnerB that is because SolarWinds makes you fill out their spammer database before you can download anything.

That was the link before filling stuff out though. Argh. Why do they make it so hard to share their stuff with people? It's like they hate people finding out about them.

Actually it was a bug in NodeBB. And now there appears to be another bug. Looks like we are hitting a number of issues with the 0.5.3 update. We've seen YouTube embedding break and now links are breaking.
