Ah, seems like I remember you making it sound like it had been a couple of weeks or something since they picked it up.
They pick up every week. It was Sunday, I think, that we created the huge tree mess.

I've never understood why. This is something that should be relatively simple to do.

Exactly. I always thought the same thing. So now we have the ability to merge tickets, which literally makes a note in the destination ticket, and copies all threaded content from old ticket, to destination ticket, in order. I never thought it was that difficult to do. Turns out, it's not!

So what are you using now for a ticketing system?
We just built our own internal ticketing system. Called project awesome.

Irony = Requirement for SCCM Current Branch 1702 is having .net 3.5 installed. Which version family of .net can't be installed on Server 2016 using the typical means of installing a role or feature?
