Do we still have reps from scale here?

Still looking at our SQL/Hardware refresh. Might need it sooner lol.

Had two quotes solution for our MSP.
One is a simple 3-2-1 design with a San that has some ssd's and sad drives.
The other is Dell FX2 chassis with a nimble SAN

Waiting for two others to chime in.

But I want to look at hyperconverged like a 3 node scale deployment. So need a quick quote 😁😁

That's not an MSP, that's a VAR looking to screw you. Fire them and ban them from speaking to your business ever again.

You realize this is a simple 3-2-1 as well, just with your "3" all in one basket, rather than having the 3. It's more like a 1-2-1.

@scottalanmiller yeah just didn't know how to write it lol.

You call them VAR but they have people that know more about SQL than us 😀. They only said nimble as they think that's the best fit for what we use. They are happy to sell us a Dell San, NetApp etc. More on this in another thread I think 😀

                                            You call them VAR ...

That's because a VAR is a binary thing. Either they are or they aren't. They are, hence why you need to treat them like one with zero exceptions. Nothing wrong with VARs, they are important. But never, ever call them something else, as that leads to horrible things.
