They are not hard, but I always forget.
Seems like we always had issues with ours for some reason or another. I think the last time I did it was one of the few times it actually worked right, lol.

Also it gives you a great buzz that last for days when you bake in the bathroom as you're "scraping wallpaper".

My boss is dealing with an Exchange cert issue right now between mail being sent from a mailbox in O365 to an on-premises mailbox.
