It went well, teaching him the whole system and then we updated firmware and migrated Unifi to another Server and all the sites.

Nothing semi about it. We are north of Goshen and south of the Adirondacks. We are as Upstate as Upstate gets.

Yes, but Upstate refers to the upper part of the state above the NYC commuting zone (and the island.) No matter how far south in upstate you are, you are still in upstate. And we are right in the middle of it, not even close to an edge. If someone is "less upstate" it would be you as you are nearer the Canadian edge.
