Not as far as I can tell. I've requested the provider send the file to me via google drive (or literally any other means) as this is something I need / want to have completed before mid next week if at all possible.

If they don't respond, I'm looking for alternatives.

How about an HTTP download manager? Some of those may be able to do that.

Sadly, not right now. I haven't used one in ages.

You can resume downloads automatically with Filezilla and FTP or HTTP.

Do you have log info to show you if the remote server exhibiting broken behavior (such as sending permanent error codes) that would prevent aresume from working?

I think I've figured out a way to get the download completed, just keep refreshing the providers website which contains the downloads.

                          That sounds... painful.

                              This is not FTP.

                              It is HTTP.

@jaredbusch supposedly there is some ftp option, but I've not found any way to log in.

As it is I'm just connected to a website that constantly drops the connection to the download.

it is probably public. Just open filezilla and enter the ftp.domain.com address with no login and see what happens

@jaredbusch supposedly there is some ftp option, but I've not found any way to log in.

As it is I'm just connected to a website that constantly drops the connection to the download.

it is probably public. Just open filezilla and enter the ftp.domain.com address with no login and see what happens

Response: 530 Sorry, no ANONYMOUS access allowed.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

                                            color me shocked.

Ha, that's what I was thinking when I started this..

I've got an app running that just presses F5 every 5 seconds... So by the new year I should have the file....

And you need it for tomorrow.

No, but sooner than later would be better.
