Chatting with Sean as he struggles to get Windows 10 updates to work so that he can install a Microsoft Store video game. He's been at it all morning. Between strict "latest OS version only" MS rules, and broken updates, he can't make Windows 10 install the new Middle Earth game.

No. I don’t do PS any more. And I’ve heard it’s awful.

To help my kid with her spelling. I use one of the words that see has difficulty with has a password for her laptop. She pulled out a small notebook with a list of possible passwords so doesn’t remember.
