See the Backup guide in our Documentation section for details on making the best of these important utilities.
Derived from Fedora 261, Korora benefits from Fedora's long tradition of bringing the latest technologies to open source software users.

From their website...
Odd choice in my opinion. I just updated a bench computer I was playing with this morning. Upgrade seems to have gone smoothly from 25 although I didn't really have anything running on it before hand.

@zachary715 So I'm supposed to have kids in order to think this is clever??? No thanks. Human children are disgusting, just like disney movies.
-
@rojoloco I really wouldn't get all that worked up about what they name it if I were you.
-
@zachary715 "Bloat" is already a stupid name, then to find out it's based on a stupid movie makes me think much less of the product, that's all. If I was "worked up", you'd know it.

Uh - that is just weird....
-
"Bloat" is what I see in Windows,... so to me, it's more of a Windows name than a distro name....

It has the opposite effect on me... knowing a product is made by people who potentially have children/family and like a movie that is actually a good movie for what it is, enough to have codenames from it, for a product they make. To me, it suggests the presence of certain (good) qualities in people some may prefer. What I'm trying to say is that it may mean a better product and support.
It's just a feeling, so who knows. Could be wrong.
The name "Bloat" itself... yeah, not very attractive without knowing the background. But then again, it's a codename... so who cares.

I'm waiting for a product with code names based on STDs.

Well the gaming world went there

Posting from Korora 26 now

@scottalanmiller Back in the beginning of my gaming days I played Tribes. Our group was a big lan group in the basement of this guy who was a gyno. Most of the members took STD names for their characters. Not me but most did. Your post made me remember that.
-
oh and our clan was called STD just for that stupid joke that people thought was funny.
