Apparently my back is telling me to wake up and get some work done so here I am.

Just got back from the gym...
It's so much easier not to go, but feels a lot better after you do.
I didn't go at all last week. Not because I was lazy, more so of lack of good opportunity. Hopefully this week I'll get more opportunity.

For a while I was actually a personal trainer. Sadly my being in shape has fell to the way side with my two jobs but eventually maybe a few months down the road I'll get back in shape. It's well worth it, you are 100% right.

I think we're at ~70% occlusion where we are. So I'm going to try and get off for the duration in the afternoon.

So drive during non work times. - oh wait, you don't have any of those.
I especially don't have any that are eleven hours long all at once. You need to sleep before and after a drive like that. So that's like a 24 hour block of time each way.
