I'd have to see it to believe anything could be slower.

Had a Lenovo server at my last job that was silly slow. I never clocked it but you didn't want to go down in the middle of the day.

I mean just to get past the BIOS / hardware initialization part... after that it only has to boot Hyper-V Server which is super fast.

Finally finished. I ought to have put a timer on it, but it took about an hour on the Vultr $5.00 instance (1 vcpu, 1 GB RAM)
